City Way are holding their annual charity golf day in June to help raise as much as possible for the amazing Alzheimer’s and Dementia Support Services Charity in Northfleet.
And we would love your help.
As part of the Golf Day not only does the cost to play go towards the charity BUT we also hold a Raffle where all the money raised through ticket purchases goes towards the Charity. If you can help by donating a raffle prize of any size we would be incredibly grateful.
These guys work around the clock to support those impacted by Dementia and any money raised goes a long way.
Since 1991, ADSS have been empowering people in north and west Kent and Medway to live well with dementia. Through their Dementia Support, Dementia Care and Dementia Wellbeing services, they aim to help people affected by dementia to manage their symptoms, stay engaged with family, friends and the wider community and take back control of their lives.
